I was so impressed with the exceptional level of service I received by Dr. Nack and his team last week, I wanted to share my experience in a review. My dental needs are such that Dr. Nack oversees my oral health on an ongoing and continuing basis. I've been his patient for over 13 years! Last week, I went in for a tooth extraction and placement of some hardware to prepare for a "short implant" Dr. Nack will be performing in the next few months. That procedure is complicated by the fact that the implant has to be integrated into a partial denture I've had for many years. It is quite extraordinary in this "day and age" to receive the exceptional level of service I received from him, his Team Leader, Camila, and his Dental Assistant, Jossarah! I had a lot of questions and concerns about each stage of the procedure, and that included the costs I would be responsible for in conjunction with my insurance company . Dr. Nack and Camila were ready, willing and able to answer each and every question and concern I had IN DETAIL! Dr. Nack gave me a "tutorial" of every phase of exactly what I would be facing with this implant and went out of his way to suggest some unique approaches he was planning to minimize the cost of integrating the implant with my partial denture to the extent possible! I really appreciated his ingenuity and consideration because, as a retiree, affording dental care in this challenging economic time, is important to me. Camila took the extra time needed to work out a payment plan for me and was always very responsive to my concerns. She was very caring and professional. Dr. Nack performed the extraction and placement of the implant hardware with exceptional care and precision. Jossarah, was right by his side handing him the proper instruments, all the while checking with me about how I was doing. I cannot emphasize enough how EXCEPTIONAL I find the dental care I receive from On Pointe on a continuing basis!
