When You Arrive At On Pointe Dentistry

When you become a new patient at On Pointe Dentistry, we will have you fill out the necessary paperwork. One of the papers will require you to fill out your insurance information. Once you provide us with who your insurance company is, we will get in touch with them to learn more about your policy. They will give us as much information as possible and let us know what your plan covers and what kind of procedures are excluded from it.
